The stuff was very nice and friendly, the day we have checked out we had a late fly back, so we left our backpacks at the storage room and went to the city, after all day we needed a shower (really) and there was no problem for us to use one in dormitory (we even got new towels). I recomend this place to stay while in Bangkok.
Great place to escape from khoa san road area. But very busy with guests which is great for sitting in the front yard relaxing having a few drinks. Easy to get a tuktuk everywhere quick and cheap. Great food nearby at chinese market! Perfect place!. todos opiniões »
The Thai staff members were absolutely magnificent. Very professional and always helpful. Always smiling, all of them really became my friends who I will gladly see again!.

The restaurant is over priced for what you get and the WIFI is very unreliable. Most Taxi cabs can not find the place even with good signage.

We've been in three different rooms - none of the airco's work good. You might be better of with a fan room (cheaper, and cooling down actually works).
Next to this was no clean linnen cover, only a 'permanent' blanket, and with no working airco you have to take out your own blanket - and that's not what you pay for.
One room really stinks, so I asked to move - they we're really easy on this.
Very small room but beds are okay. Small bathroom (toilet, basin & shower in one) with a wooden door that was rotting from the shower. The bathroom door was also very hard to open & close, made a screeching sound everytime. Don't feel it is suitable for families with young children, unless your stay is short.
beds and pillows were quite hard. all safety deposit boxes were full so had to take all valuables with us when we went out.not that close to tourist spots - had to get cabs/tuk tuk but they were cheap. very cramped room - two double beds but not much else. no price list for minibar.
The room that we stayed in was very small, the bathroom crummy and smelly, no blanket in the bed.
A bit far from the sky train and shopping center.
