- The staff speaks English and very friendly, familiar with the local information. - Front desk and Concierge helped me booking spa nearby, as their spa was still under construction. - I booked 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen & living room. The room was very clean, and easy to use the kitchen facility. - I used this hotel for leisure purpose, but location and facility fitting to business use too.
todos opiniões » this apartment was close to the MRT and only walking distance to the Emporium shopping centre. Good upmarket part of Bangkok, and very little if at all of unpleasantry in the adjoining streets at night time. A short stroll to Urban Retreat Massage (authentic/genuine). The facilities were all new, clean and very high quality. The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. The privacy was also very good. Everything was just fantastic. Clean, safety, courtesy of staff, security, situated close to Skytrain, facilities nearby, fast internet. Spacious rooms. Proximity to Thonglor with lots of shops/massage shops. Modern decor. New, plenty of space, very clean, all modern. wonderful lobby and picturesque apartment. Almost all of the facility and staff. Gym, location, breakfast, comfortable bed, good sized bathroom in serviced apartment. Lovely big, clean apartment. Fantastic pool. - The location is very good, close to the Thonglor bts station. But need to be very careful if you are not get used to Thai traffic. To reach the station, you need to cross the busy street. - The hotel is very new, and not all the facilities are ready to use. But if there's unavailable facilities, concierge can help booking other places nearby instead. Bangkok traffic is crazy and at times it took long to get around from the hotel considering its location. The housekeeper had to be reminded to clean the bathtub. A bit too far from main shopping areas like Paragon & Central. If you take the BTS it's abt 15mins to Siam station but by taxi, you could take more than an hour during peak hour traffic!. Location. None. Not helpful with early check in request. Rude and unhelpful front office check in staff. Poor WiFi reception in the lobby, and no free WiFi in the rooms. In a hotel of this quality I would expect to have free internet access in the rooms. Really bad roomservice, at 3 am was alarm to evacuate from the room, but the signal was false! And nobody from the staff even say sorry! Terrible service and hospitality !!!.
