This place is just great and Jany the Hotel Manager went above and beyond to arrange everything during our stay and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Jany is the future Mayor of Ko Tao who knows everything going on and is a huge value to the hotel and its guests. The hotel is new and modern while right on the water with a small but excellent spa. Our room had fabulous views and was very spacious. We paid extra for the sea view and free mini bar. The pool was very clean and not too busy. Free shuttle service back to Pier. So called free mini bar consisted of 6 cans of soft drinks for our 3 night stay, which we had to ask for. Perhaps this is the norm there?. The relation price-quality isn't very good. For the price you are paying it's expected something more. The hotel is very old and it's under construction in a area. The views to the construction is horrible. grubby hallways old mattresses left in hallways room next door to maids room noisey in the morning. Staff very little English. Never around.
