This hotel is close to the beach, like 5 min walking. Hotel is close to
many restaurants.
You can rent a bike there or do the laundry.
Rooms are small but you have everything you need. Rooms were cleaned every 2 days.

the guy at the reception is very helpful. I rented a bike from him. I also booked there tickets for Lomprayah ferry. Rooms are cleaned every single day.
Clean and very fresh considering it was just a fan room. It was close to the beach and the busiest areas.

Only one positive thing on this stay was the location. Close to the beach and Sai Ree Beach center of entertainment.
Rooms with fan are really hot and the air doesn't circulate
properly. In different hotel with fan it was cold with fan but rooms in
this hotel are really hot. So it's better to take rooms with
a/c here.
Almost every day we had visitors - little lizards because they have really big holes between the doors and floor.
I missed a mosquito net in the window.
Room not clean everyday.
500Thb key deposit is a bit extortionate, especially as they go looking
for things wrong when you check out. Rooms are very small, although not
too bad considering the price, the balcony is a door that goes outside.
There is only room for 1 person to stand on it. Toilet wouldn't
flush. Wouldn't recommend for lone females. Very dark alley to get
back to hotel from restaurants/bars etc. Didn't feel safe.
Poor Internet connection, construction site nearby , lizards in room.
Location doesn't seem safe as you have to walk down a back alley. Views aren't great as there is construction and the hostel next door was very noisy. Staff weren't friendly at all.

Rooms very dated and not very clean. Staff are pretty rude and not hospitable at all, it's like they don't even like having guests. Fan room was awful, horrendous fan and full of ants so we switched to an air con. Window/balcony door leaves an inch wide gap when shut which meant our rooms both times were full of lizards. Got to a point we dreaded going back!!!! Would never return.

What could you expect from the cheapest version of accomodation on the island. Nothing... And nothing is what you get for your money. Nothing only the basic things. Just the bed, toilet and shower. Cleaness is point of discussion but I believe they are really doing their best. Strongly recommand you to book the room with A/C. I had only the fan and that is unsufficient and if you don't like to sleep in sauna you'll suffer there.
