Please note that guests are required by the property to settle the deposit by credit card or bank transfer on the day of booking. The property will contact you after you book to provide any instructions. A refundable security deposit of THB 87500 (or equivalent in any currency) is required for incidentals. It must be paid via bank transfer 10 days before arrival or via credit card authorisation 3 days before arrival.
