The offer that I had was fairly good value.
Zurich is expensive, and the price was ok for what was on offer.
The location is a short (10- 14 Minute) tram ride from the centre, with a tram stop more or less outside the hotel.
Breakfast good but expensive if not included with the package, and a "quick" breakfast on offer.
The hotel was quiet.
The bar was functional, and barstaff friendly.
I would probably stay there again

The staff (in particular Thomas) was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Very close to the city center, museums, restaurants, bars (10 min walk). Excellent service from the first moment of our arrival. Reception staff speak English, Spanish, French and German. Indoor parking service (Very important in winter!). Nice breakfast. The rooms, restaurant, bar and lobby have a beautiful classic furniture very neat and clean. -

A very nice, modern and comfortable hotel in the quartel, where ordinary people are living, away from the tourist zones. Some restaurants (italian, chinese...) within the walking distance, also a nice hammam open till 11 p.m. Good public communication, even if you have to walk a little bit, by bus to the main railway station, by tram to the centre and by s-bahn to the airport. Very modern design of the rooms, quiet location (the back building) and the tree forest from the back.

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your
needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the
city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the
airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently
excellent. The Spa and rooftop pool overlooking the city - Spectacular!! -

Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.

Do atendimento da recepcao e da variedade e servico do pequeno almoco - O pessoal é muito simpático e prestável; tem um pequeno restaurante em baixo onde se como muitíssimo bem.
