Casa Vanessa is conveniently located near to the ski lift as well as shops/restaurants.We stayed at room 320 on the 3rd floor. The apartment was impeccably clean and cosy. We were able to enjoy nice view of the Matterhorn from the living room and balcony.

Great apartment! Loved the views. Located right next to the main Zermatt Gondolas. (Furi/Zermatt Glacier paradise) Loved the full kitchen. Staff even provided additional cooking pan when asked. All the bedrooms were unique and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We were 13 nights in the hotel and had a fabulous time. It is a very nicely renovated hotel, modern but very user friendly. Rooms are spaceous and nicely decorated. Sauna was very complete for a hotel sauna. Massage should be pre booked in winter but are very good and can be recommended. Dinner was excellent as well as breakfast. Location is great!

This is a place to spend a vacation you can dream of! We had a spacious room, lovely decorated, with a balcony overlooking Matterhorn. I liked big bathroom with a bathtub. The breakfast was excellent, with variety of cheeses, ham, vegetables, homemade jams, etc (again, served in a lovely decorated room). A short (about 10 min) walk to the railway station. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I would never search for a different hotel if I decide to visit Zermatt again.
