The staff was really nice! They allow pets there and we brought our dog with us. When we checked into the room, we saw they had put out a water bowl for the dog which I thought was really nice. Breakfast was good, typical Swiss breakfast, and a couple of hot options. Location in the heart of Wengen was great.

Wonderful views when weather cleared. Very good continental breakfast. We were allowed to change to a corner room on request (for an extra 10 swiss francs per night) which was the room advertised on the website. Also Cola the house cat's use of the elevator was amusing.

Staff was very helpful; meals were wonderful. Room was comfortable, if small (north facing rooms). Beautiful setting. Excellent hospitality. Absolutely everything. Our hosts were charming and helpful and nothing was too much of a problem. The accommodation was clean, beautiful views from the second storey of the chalet and well worth the money. -

Faultless. Attentive staff and perfect service. The attention to detail and level of service never faltered when they were busy and when things got quiet mid week.
We stayed in a peaceful room with a view to the rear wooded hillside and it was great. Clean and well serviced by discreet and polite staff. The breakfast and 5 course evening meal were just fantastic; plenty of everything and top quality produce and tastes.
