  Location on the lake was perfect. Close to ferry terminal, 5 minute walk to mount rigi cable car. (There is a wonderful kids playground and spa/pool where kids are welcome half way up mount rigi). There is a wonderful lakeside restaurant about 5 mins up the road (direction vitznau). Rooms were huge, bathroom looked newly renovated. We loved the traditional breakfast (dont be expecting scr - The location right on the lake and the new furniture by the lake was beautiful and inviting.I loved hving private, direct access to swim in the lake. The restaurant right by the lake served delicious food all day long and the wait staff were excellent.Manager(or owner) and other staff were most professional and diligent.

  This hotel was remodeled 4 weeks ago so it provides new and clean facilities.All of rooms has panorama views of lake and mountain except for normal room. But it also has half-panorama view. The garden cafe looks cozy with a view of lake. The breakfast inside the lake is unforgettable. Hertenstein ferry station is just in front of hotel so it is ea... o que as pessoas dizem » sy to go to Vitsnau or Lucern. The staff was so kind that they tried to provide vood service. As soon as we requested an electric kettle and curtain t - Lovely place with a wonderful view. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and with a large terrace overlooking the lake .. A pleasure for our eyes. The breakfast was generous and nicely served. The staff was very kind. So comfortable the ship right in front of the hotel that allow to reach Luzern in half an hour. I will definitely be back in this hotel!!!
