  This was a really "cool" hotel! My husband and I stayed with our 9 year old and 15 year old, and all of us loved it. The amenities were amazing - the pool was heated with relaxing music and modern lighting.   Location on the lake was perfect. Close to ferry terminal, 5 minute walk to mount rigi cable car. (There is a wonderful kids playground and spa/pool where kids are welcome half way up mount rigi). There is a wonderful lakeside restaurant about 5 mins up the road (direction vitznau). Rooms were huge, bathroom looked newly renovated. We loved the traditional breakfast (dont be expecting scr - The location right on the lake and the new furniture by the lake was beautiful and inviting.I loved hving private, direct access to swim in the lake. The restaurant right by the lake served delicious food all day long and the wait staff were excellent.Manager(or owner) and other staff were most professional and diligent.

  The staff were friendly, the hotel was lovely and quiet and the views, well what can I say, breathtaking. As a female, business traveller, this hotel gave me a warm, comfortable feeling, as did the staff. I will definately return. A rare find. - Staff fab, breakfast great, view stunning.

  This hotel was awesome! We arrived late and the staff were so happy, nice , and welcoming . Especially the two gals working the front desk that evening. They made sure that we had everything that our family needed. The hotel itself was like being in a storybook , it was very enchanting. They even upgraded our room for free since the hotel wasn't full, and we only payed 360 chf fot two nights in a luxury room, which is really good in Switzreland. - The room and the hotel were very nice, like in a real castle! The restaurant and the breakfast room are beautiful, warm and romantic I'd say. Food was good. - We could enjoy the pool and the sauna.
