Now that is really a good gesture as we are already paying top prix for the night. It was a lovely hotel with great views..   We arrived on the Glacier Express from Zermatt and the hotel has a phone link at the station so we called for someone to collect us (6 people). A small bus came very quickly and took us to the hotel which is situated in the centre of town.   I felt comfortable with the room for us with two older children and birds singing in the morning . The breakfast and the dinner was fantastic. Staffs was nice and helpful. A bus no. 3 direct from train station to foot step.
