Best thing is that it is literally 1 minute from the gondola station. It is also out of the main town, so it is quieter. The view is very pretty, and the apartment was clean and quiet and organized. There is a storage room for bikes/skies as well, which helps keep things organized. In the summer, when we went, it came with passes for the gondolas, pool, etc. This was super nice.
