The interior design done with great taste and creating very warm and cosy ambience.
The staff is very friendly, the rooms are kept clean. They accept dogs. The pool area and the spa is cosy and very comfortable. I am definetely returning back. -

A special word of thanks to Raymond and Gerald - the reception staff at the Hotel Alpenhof Superior. As the first room we checked into did not have a view of the Matterhorn, with Raymond and Gerald's assistance, our room was changed for the second evening of our stay, which had an incredible view of the Matterhorn! We could not have been happier!

Highly recommend this hotel and i for sure will certainly be going back sometime soon. - Centre of the nice village, nice/new Spa/Health-centre, comfortable room, friendly staff at the reception (it might be a bit different then a reception in a U.S. hotel but this is Europe).

We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed this aspect. We made full use of the kitchen facility since we were a couple with 6 (hungry!)college age kids. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen.
