  The staff were friendly, the hotel was lovely and quiet and the views, well what can I say, breathtaking. As a female, business traveller, this hotel gave me a warm, comfortable feeling, as did the staff. I will definately return. A rare find. - Staff fab, breakfast great, view stunning.

  Location and ambience of hotel is wonderful. For the location this hotel is a great value. Staff at hotel was very friendly and helpful breakfast was good - The hotel in general, staff and position of hotel. Hve stayed here 5times in the past 4 months. Would not think of staying in any otherhotel in the area.

  This Hotel is fantastic ! The staff is incredibly friendly and responded to any request I had. Karan is the BEST you will find him super helpful and welcoming. The workout facilities are super, the fitness room appeared to have all new equipment and was VERY clean and well run. The pool, sauna, steam, etc. are first class. I would highly recommend staying here ! - The hotel cares a lot for the details and the staff for the well-being of the client. Comfortable room, good breakfast, very nice spa area, really nice to relax if you go for a round tour on Sempachersee or for a city a trip. Also close to train station and practical if you want to go for a tour in Luzern. We will definitely go back!

  Having the Spa on site and included was a real advantage. - Staff was extremely friendly and helpful to the extent possible. The wellness center is quite nice and relaxing, although the pool is very small. The lake view rooms have quite a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. The welcome glass of Prosecco was very much appreciated.
