  We found it very easy to get to because of the airport shuttle and very comfortable upon arrival. The staff were very helpful and friendly even when our flight was delayed. They allowed us to store one big luggage in their store and to retrieve it when we return to collect it 9 days later. Nothing could be more convenient when it comes to going to and from the airport. Its a 5 minute ride in the complimentary shuttle bus.   They exceeded my expectations in overall quality. The staff was fast and efficient. The welcome tray of chocolates and water was much appreciated as was the free wired internet service. - Everything is brand new (I'm writing Aug 2008).   We used the Ibis Messe as our overnight spot before flying out of Zurcih the next morning. It was a perfect spot. The shuttle was easy to spot at the airport, the driver courteous. Can't say enough good things about the friendly, sociable staff. The frequent bus 781 from stop Riedbach outside the hotel takes about 6 minutes to Oerlikon Bahbhof. Which is then just 6 minutes to Zurich HB by the many, even more frequent trains.   We were put in the Best Western part of the facility because the Flexihome was full. It turned out to be lucky for us since we were told the Flexihome Apts. are very small and not nearly as nice as the Best Western right in front of it. The restaurant was also very nice but a bit expensive.

  The Fujiya an Edo Garden are great restaurants. I'm always looking forward to my next stay. The hotel is small, quiet and clean.
