  Good and helpfull staff. Room consider actually two rooms, sleeping room and tv room. rooms were big. - The hotel was excellent but the staff were the best part - they were friendly and extremely helpful.

  We heard about this hotel from friends. They talked nicely of it so we went there, but not well enough as they DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations. Excellent position as it is near to everything. The personnel is very kind and accomodating. We were given such a warm welcome. When we got to Zurich my girlfriend who was very ill the whole day and t... o que as pessoas dizem » hroughout our train trip to Zurich was given every comfort she needed and every whim asked she for. She was really very ill and they "cuddled" her. Th - Great room - very cosy and warm with attractive furniture and the feel of staying in a friend's house, rather than an anonymous hotel room; a lovely place in which to relax. I slept so well in the large, comfy bed, and loved the cosy window seat overlooking the street below. Cute little shower room with Molton Brown goodies! Very friendly and helpful staff, and an absolutely fantastic location right next to the main Zurich train station. Will definitely book again and will recommend to others.
