Lift to the appartment which was great as I'm not very good with stairs. Reasonable price, as motels in Switzerland are very expensive.

  Hotel Magic is run by the people at Hotel Krone who are extremely nice and have an excellent breakfast spread. Second time I've stayed at Magic. Kind of fun even though some of the rooms don't have the greatest view, however some are great. Clean and private.Overall 8.5/10. - Very individual hotel and great location to see everything in Luzern!

The hotel was not too far from the main train station so it was in a convienent location in the center of the action. While the price was expensive by US standards, it was reasonable for Lucrern and Europe in general.   A simple B&B in Luzern that rents out a handful of rooms in a small apartment building near the train station. The room itself was spotless and looked to have been recently renovated. Shared bathroom was clean. Having been in transit with 2 children for over 12 hours, we were willing to pay extra charges for a day to ensure that the room was available for us to quickly settle down the moment we arrived at Luzern.
