The room was not too big but comfortable, with complimentary coffee and tea. The toilet is actually nice and modern. A few minutes to the old city. Breakfast is very good. Wide range of English television channel. Very quite room in spite of close to main road and station. Good supermarket nearby. Right opposite to Business School Of Luzern. Plenty of good restaurant nearby. Rooftop bar at the adjacent Monopol hotel is a must for cocktail (great view!). We plan to stay here again.

  We were a group of 3 women who occupied a triple bedroom. The size of the room was just right. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb. The interior of the hotel is really nice. This is a hotel that provides value for money. We definitely will stay in this hotel again should we have another opportunity to visit Lu - Boutique hotel, unique, interesting and full of history. A great place to stay - clean, comfortable, but most of all friendly and relaxed. A small hotel with a big heart and loads of character - love the lift! We had the best time at the Stern, sitting outside in the cafe, eating, drinking, meeting people and the location is perfect. The staff are lovely and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. 10/10 from us!
