We liked very much the layout of the B&B. The kitchen had everything you could need and the children were delighted to find satellite TV in their bedroom. Rooms were clean and tidy. The owners (Rolf and Nicole) were very friendly and attentive. Location was great, being close to the city but quiet enough to sleep at night. -

Run by a very friendly and interesting family. Incredibly comfortable beds meant we really did sleep well! Self-contained apartment in house with interesting modern architectural style. This family run B&B is an amazing place to stay at right in the heart of Basel. It located just a few minutes with the tram to the center and the main train station, also perfectly doable distance for walking to the main tourist attractions. I liked the house, and the way it is kept clean and tidy. All the necessary little things like hair-drier, iron, interchangeable plug, coffee, and toaster were there. Tram line 6 stop is just in a minute walking. You can here trams passing by till 2 am, but it didn't stop me from sleeping, Actually, it was very convenient for me, since tram 6 goes directly to the Congress center at Messeplatz.
