They also organized the stay for our 1yr old daughter well with baby cot in the room and baby chair always waiting at our table.   Very nice hotel good location value for money Sauna was excellent i strongly recomend people to stay here - the location and service were excellent -- especially the food and service in the hotel restaurant

  The best aspect of this hotel is that it is about 5 minutes walk to the gondola or a little more to the train station. It has an area for your skis and a warm room for your ski boots. The staff was very nice and the dinner we had there was very tastey. Breakfast was the usual European fair. It is about a 10 minute walk into town along a quiet path... o que as pessoas dizem » . The beds are comfortable. - Excellent service, friendly staff and great food. Our stay at the hotel really was the icing on the cake for the entire stay in Engelberg! I've been going to different places in the alpes for six consecutive years now and this is by far the best hotel I've stayed at (regardless of number of stars)!

  I am never this generous with my comments but, actually everything! I had a fantastic time last weekend. I am sure all the staff are good but most of my dealings happened to be with Heidi, she was friendly and professional, gave us correct information and was helpful with any of our needs; she has a charming personality. Paula, the masseuse, is ve... o que as pessoas dizem » ry good and when asked, acted on my wishes. And having a glass of bubbly in the Jacuzzi on the terrace under the stars, was lush! The jacuzzi is proba - Young reception and breakfast staff were so lovely. We were on the top floor in a lovely timber-lined room and we could hear cow bells from the balcony. Views of the mountains. Lift only went to the floor below so we had to climb a set of stairs with suitcases to get to the room. Free parking at the back of the hotel was great. My husband and daughter went up the cable car to the top of the mountain.
