Excellent service and food at the restaurant/sky bar, great view and wonderful atmosphere. Nice room, spacious enough, and a very nice bathroom. Excellent cleanliness!

The bed was extremely comfortable; blinds made the room very dark for sleeping; the breakfast buffet was excellent and machine cappuccino was good. The view from our room on the 9th floor was great.
Not a big fan of the glass bathroom ...fortunately there is a curtain to provide privacy. Not eco-friendly ...towels replaced daily and shower heads provide much more water than required. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival - I should have clarified that the price quoted was per night to avoid the surprise upon checkout. Road construction made it challenging to get to the hotel the first time.

No air conditioning on a warm summer day. Windows do not open adequately to cool the room. A fan was provided in the room and that helped a bit.

There was a fire-alarm and the stass wasn´t prepared for that. They have to practice what to do in this kind of situations.
The view! Lovely view of the water from my room on the 10th floor. Small amenities like the coffee machine - after staying in several places without anything like this, which used to be fairly standard, it was a nice touch. Very comfortable, quiet. Individual fan available (to combat how hot the room was) Very well designed and well stocked bathroom.
No individual room temperature control (that I could find). It was ridiculously hot in the room. (There are radiators on the wall for heating but nothing for cooling other than the availability of a fan.) The design of the bathroom, especially the shower, creates opportunity for mildew (a slight smell).
Really relaxing atmosphere in a perfect location to explore Gothenburg. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was large, comfortable and really quiet. Just perfect!
Only suggestion would be that we would have liked still mineral water instead if sparkling in the room. Very small suggestion!
Room was smaller, but well designed and completely functional (Internet, TV, bathroom, temperature, etc.). The morning breakfast was quite good.

The bed is very uncomfortable.
Plenty of coffee and electric kettle (and fridge) in room. Plenty of towels. Hotel sent out a "welcome" email before arrival and also warned guests about the construction that has roads/parking lots around it ripped up right now.
It isn't the hotel's fault at all - but it is just at the edge of major construction right now, so all the sidewalks, parking lots and roads around it are all ripped up. It can be difficult to maneuver by car and trying to get to the nearest public transport stops is a bit of a trek. But again, this is temporary and not at all an issue with the hotel.
