  The property is beautiful, the staff were hospitable, friendly, helpful and downright adorable. Santander is in a part of Spain that does not speak English, and being the only one of 3 that speaks high-school spanish, ie, not much, the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure that we knew where we were going and what to do.   Everything! The staff were excellent,particularly Laura and Fran, they really made us welcome.Nice large, clean rooms, use of the pool and Spa. - Free car park, non central location but minutes from supermarket, petrol station and ferry port. Great budget stop for ferry travellers
