  We needed a relaxing beach holiday in a comfortable hotel but didn't want to have to drive or taxi to restaurants etc. in the evening. This hotel exactly matched our requirements! It is an excellent modern hotel with great rooms and service.   The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. Next time I am in benidorm this is the first ... o que as pessoas dizem » hotel I will be looking in to - We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

  This is a fantastic hotel - the location, room, staff and facilities are great. The swimming pool is huge! We also had dinner in the hotel - not something we generally like to do as hotel restaurants are not usually so good. Our room more than met our expectations. It was only a stroll to the promenade, but you could easily sit in the gardens or around the pool if you just wanted to relax.

I think this 4 stars hotel is the best one that I have ever lived at the same level so far and it is a good budget-friendly hotel compared with the same level hotel. We also tried the restaurant and it had a very good quality/price ratio. The overall structure is quite new and the staff was really friendly and supportive. Even if the location is far away from the center, there's metro station near by or you can rent the bikes directly outside of the hotel.
