  We have been already in seven resorts in the Canary Island. Tenerife Royal Gardens is in our view the best one ever! Spacious apartment, beautiful equipped. Everything you need during your holiday. Beautiful and stylish living room. You could find really everything was you need at home, like new cooker, brand new microwave, oven, new - The location of these apartments is amazing.. Within walking distance of all the best bars, restaurants and shops. Including a small supermarket right next door! Also only a 15min bus journey to Siam Park. Sylvia and Roberto - 10/10!! They couldn't have been more helpful.. Even with the prospect of having to ring the fire brigade to get our safety deposit box open! THANKYOU :)

  Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway. The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view. The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked. BTW, the price is also attractive and it counted for our decision to stay at Bellavista Mi - Excellent value for your money. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

  Very well furnished and comfortable studio but i think it very much depends on where your actual studio is situated in this complex because last year we were in a much better position/outside space/view etc. This one was nowhere near as well located and if we had been given this one last year we wouldn't have re-booked for this year. Our apartment looked like it had been recently refurbished - generous wardrobe space, modern bathroom with walk in shower. We stayed in a studio with a fold down bed which was very large & surprisingly comfortable. We had a very large yard instead of a balcony, which was nice for sunbathing with a bit of privacy.   This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  I liked that all appartments were so close to the pool and bar area and none were more that 30 seconds away from the central area. The staff were also excellent with our young daughter, particularly the pool attendant (life gaurd) and the staff at the poolside bar. - Very clean and very well maintained. Cleaners are wonderful.   The really excellent apartment we got -313 thanks to the most helpful Yolanda. It was suberb as was the staff at Atlantis. Beautiful sea views and sun all day Apartment was clean and no noise what ever. Check in was professional and fast Excellent - Receptionist that checked us in was really pleasant and helpful, unfortunately I forgot her name, ... o que as pessoas dizem » she checked us in on the 7/08 around midday.
