  This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just takes... o que as pessoas dizem » me 5 mins (euro 8-10) to take a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  The apartment was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I don't think you could get a better place for the money. There is a grocery store just down the walk. I have read that the bars at the front of the complex can be rather loud, so that might be something to ask about if you are an "early to bed" person. We did go off season, so it may not be - Lovely clean apartment with view over the pool. Huge flat screen tv, 2 fridges. Really friendly helpful staff. Large clean warm pool in centre of complex. They gave my mum and I an apartment with 2 walk in showers (I had emailed after booking to explain) which was so much better as we both have mobility problems and they gave us an apartment with easy access for mobility scooters. We both felt that they catered for our specific needs. Paloma Beach is not far from beach promenade and had plenty
