We have enjoyed our stay in Be Live Playa la Arena . Staff was very polite , all our requests were resolved in a very professional manner .

A lot of people advice to take only breakfast and dinner but we were so happy to have all inclusive: no headache about where to eat. All inclusive is the choice for absolute relaxation!
Arena beach is very close to the hotel, the ocean is amazing, we were swimming only in wild water!

Just about everything! Staff helpful effecient and friendly. Room comfortable and a good size. Breakfast has a superb selection tho could have done with the option of soya milk at breakfast but that's because I don't like milk! Spa was luxurious and massages were very good thermal spa area was well laid out too. Good location as well -

Da tranquilidade - staff - Although in a quiet part of the island, and needing a car if you are independent. (There is a free bus to Puerto de la Cruz). It was very accesible to all parts of the island. Hotel was good in all aspects although the food at dinner could have been hotter. All in all a good value for money

The all inclusive is the best way to go for the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we wouls highly recomend the hotel with the all inclusive to any one.
