Very surprised that this hotel was very goo -
- rooms cleaned every day, except weekend
- nice views, though on last flor so not sure how it is on others
- nice swimming pool, opening hours are normal, in some hotels are even only to 6pm so 8pm in udalla is perfectly acceptable. besides you have only a few minutes walk to playa de las visitas and playa del camison - two beautiful beaches
- location is very good. close to city center and main sidewalk with shops (few minutes walk). close to the ocean (same distance)

The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't. The apartments were lovely. We were surprised to get as much room as we did. Nice balcony which we could see the sea. And the apartments were clean.
Food was good okay but not much variety however we all enjoyed the food that was given.
Right by the beach and a short walk away from a few bars.
It also said in reviews that there are cockroaches.

Complex was amazing. Beautifully laid out, small and personal, very quiet. Lovely big apartment overlooking the wonderful lagoon pool. Exactly as it looks in the photographs. Location was great with everything on your doorstep. The people in Tenerife were all so friendly. Highly recommend.

Very relaxing - staff very helpful. Requested a move after the first
night as our balcony overlooked the main road and it was noisy very
early. We were moved to another apartment overlooking the pool. Although
the apartments are very close to shopping, bars, etc, it is very quiet
and peaceful within the complex.

A centralidade - I loved the hotel and the staff were very friendly. The location was good, the room was clean and the breakfast was lovely. I had to leave early on the last day, so they gave me a packed breakfast. Perfect!! - fantastic buffet breakfast!
