  Only 10 min. Taxi drive from airport. The hotel was renovated 2013. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. We stayed one week (half board) at end of October 2013, and at this time of the year season ends. Therefore, we see that there is less queuing everywhere and more quiet beach life than during summer season. The hotel has a majority of German speaking guests, but all English communication with reception and restauran - Location is excellent - the beach is a street across and it is 10 mins away from the airport. Facilities are good too - decent sized swimming pool, pool table, gym, spa facilities... The hotel organized different events over different nights - flamenco, acrobatics and fire show, singers on Friday night and a Dj on Saturday night.. The room was clean and comfortable.   Really nice staff, always happy and willing to help. Location can't be better if beach is where you want to go, only 100m or so (and S'Arenal beach was in suberb condition, really suitable for kids also). Also harbour for fishing trips was only 500m away.   Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

Reception and the public areas retain the traditional, luxurious appearance that first impressed my wife and myself when we made our first (of four) visits to the hotel.   A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room... o que as pessoas dizem » , but free and worked well in reception. I couldn't test the in room cable with my ipad but was told it worked well with Ethernet and laptop. Gym is - Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

Didnt have a car so used local bus service, always on time and good value. already planning to go back next year. - The staff were especially friendly/helpful.
