Não gostei rogorosamente de nada, desde a falta de 'maleteros', e o acesso à recepção é muito dificil, até ao serviço de piscina onde os hóspedes têm de carregar com os chapéus (insuficientes) de sol - Eating and relaxing - Staff were great, food was good.

Vista - Really nice hotel to stay in, I would highly recommend to anyone. very clean, very friendly, lovely rooms. nice pool area. Perfect location and not far from the main historical areas. The hotel is located in a large, nice, green park with many trees. Quiet rooms with basic, but practical furniture. Nice, friendly staff, good food. 6 well maintained clay tennis courts, available for all day. -
The staff were so attentive, rooms were immaculate. The resort had everything you needed. Great for young families! Food was superb!

The hotel was great value, the pool area was very well laid out. The choice of buffet or A La Carte was good and the food in the restaurant at the pool area was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel was pleasant. We would go back but would request a floor above the third level. -

This is a very comfortable hotel with (for the most part) friendlystaff. We particularly liked the Terrace Restaurant and the poolatmosphere was relaxed and child friendly (without allowing thechildren to take over). Well managed establishment. We enjoyed our stayvery much.

Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.

What a wonderful city break we had. Staff are excellent, rooms were stylish and recently revamped. Seaview rooms had great glass walled balcony with spectacular views of the Marina and of the Cathedral. Bathroom has very large shower cubicle, stylish room. Position of the hotel was perfect. Lovely 10 minute walk along the marina walk to the cathedral and town. The hotel is in an excellent location beside the main transport centre for trains and buses throughout the city of Palma and to destinations on the island. Staff was really nice and helpful! Please note that the hotel does not have its own parkign garage, you need to use one from their partner hotel. It's about 500m walking distance, ask at the reception, EUR 10,50 per night. The garage next to the hotel at Plaza d'Espana is useful for unloading your car etc. - but it's not as cheap as the official one just mentioned...

The Hotel is located in the Playa de Muro, next to bus station and it's very convenient to get here from Palma - sus 351 goes from Palma bus/train station every 30 minutes. The Hotel is very big and have several buildings and swimming pools. The restaurant is in the central building. The meals are various inlc. seafood, but it's a little bit crowd
