Não gostei rogorosamente de nada, desde a falta de 'maleteros', e o acesso à recepção é muito dificil, até ao serviço de piscina onde os hóspedes têm de carregar com os chapéus (insuficientes) de sol - Eating and relaxing - Staff were great, food was good.

Vista - Really nice hotel to stay in, I would highly recommend to anyone. very clean, very friendly, lovely rooms. nice pool area. Perfect location and not far from the main historical areas. Staff were very accomodating. As it was near the end of the season our room was ready when we arrived at 10am and we were also allowed to remain until early evening on our departure. did not come in every day but that is no problem. Would definitely go

Localização do hotel, 20 mts praia - Everything was the best, this was our 4th visit - They had an indoor pool as well as 2 other pools outside. The hotel is located in a large, nice, green park with many trees. Quiet rooms with basic, but practical furniture. Nice, friendly staff, good food. 6 well maintained clay tennis courts, available for all day. -
The staff were so attentive, rooms were immaculate. The resort had everything you needed. Great for young families! Food was superb!

The hotel was great value, the pool area was very well laid out. The choice of buffet or A La Carte was good and the food in the restaurant at the pool area was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel was pleasant. We would go back but would request a floor above the third level. -

Brilliant location as away from the hustle and bustle but within easy taxi distance from the centre of Palma. Sunbeds always available at the pool throughout the day. Food and snacks from the bar were great. Double room on the small side but manageable for the weekend break we were on. Beds very soft.

What a wonderful city break we had. Staff are excellent, rooms were stylish and recently revamped. Seaview rooms had great glass walled balcony with spectacular views of the Marina and of the Cathedral. Bathroom has very large shower cubicle, stylish room. Position of the hotel was perfect.
