  Stayed for one week All Inclusive. Staff were fantastic, most efficient & pleasant, couldn't do enough for you. The layout of hotel was quite quirky, rooms v clean & serviced everyday. Food was of top quality. Entertainment was provided every night but was not to our taste but we did appreciate its provision. Location of hotel was perfect,... o que as pessoas dizem » across from the beach & close to airport & close to the buzz of the strip. - - Great food and service in the dining room - definitely recommend the half board basis which allows flexing lunch and dinner - Rooms are large, modern, clean and comfortable - Good location and very near the shops, restaurants of Puerto del Carmen. Pocillos Beach is on the doorstep but it's too windy for sunbathing...however lots of other beaches nearby
