Villa was lovely and situated within walking distance of shops, beach, restaurants. Ricardo was fantastic and looked after anything we asked him.

Beds not so comfortable!

The villa was really big and clean. It was separated and we could see the sea from the top balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool was awesome

We had some problems with the wi-fi connection.

The villa is located in an easily accessible and quiet part of Puerto Del Carmen. It was very clean and felt like a home away from home. The villa is large and spacious and the heated swimming pool was great for our large family of 8. There's a small grocery store and a supermarket a few minutes walk away so it's easy to stock up the fridge. On the day of check out we were allowed to stay until our transfer company collected us which was 4 hours after check out. I highly recommend this agency if you're looking for a place outside of a resort.
