Once full payment has been made, the property will contact you with instructions for key collection and arrival. The property will also require your ID or Passport details, and your expected time of arrival. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and heating available from 13:00 to 15:00 and 21:00 to 09:00. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning and charges for electricity, water and gas, are all included in the price.

The main part of the house dates back over 300 years and features exposed stone walls and original wooden beams. The open-plan living room has a large corner sofa where you can curl up and watch TV. On the ground floor you’ll find two bedrooms, while upstairs there are four more bedrooms and a lounge with two sofa beds. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, some with a spa bath, and one bedroom has its own private sun terrace. You can enjoy family meals around the huge wooden dining table in the spacious farmhouse kitchen, which includes a gas hob and dishwasher. There’s also a brick BBQ and covered dining area out on the terrace. Heating is provided throughout the house, while bedrooms are air conditioned overnight for extra comfort. Convenient laundry facilities are also available on the covered terrace. Various bars and restaurants and a small supermarket can be found within a 10-minute walk of Mondrago Duri. Montdragó Nature Reserve is only 2 km away, while the bustling resort of Cala D’Or is within 4 km.
