not so close to the center (10-15 mins), but the hotel is located in the front of the only beach of the city, which is very nice if you have a front sea room (to pay apart), which is very rare in lanzarote. What a gem this place is! From the minute we arrived, we felt as though we were the only people who mattered. Dany and Joaquim who manage the reception made us very welcome. The best accomodation (for leisure) I've ever had. Location: excellent if you're interested in relax and peaceful atmosphere, close to unique Papagayo beaches (15 min. walk) and ordinary Coloradamar beach for those lazy ones (2-3 min. walk) :). Two supermarkets are nearby (Roper: 2-3 min.walk, HyperDino:5-7 min.walk). Bus stop is right in front of reception. If you travel with children, the playground is 2 min.walk. The apartments of Jardines del Sol are clean, comfortable and a great
size for small or large groups. It's perfect for self-catering -
they provide pots, plates, cups, glasses, kettle, coffee machine,
blender, utensils etc (and there was enough free bottled water, teabags,
coffee, sugar and milk for the first day or so) but they also have a
small restaurant.

Everything. it was a superb stay and appreciated on our late arrival that we were welcomed with a dinner pack although it was 1am. The food in the buffet restaurant was fantastic. -
