We loved everything about the Jardines De La Reina--Kirsten and Diego have created a magical place! We were able to relax at the pool and enjoy their little paradise, and then venture out to explore the area--especially the beach and the mountain area (on a drive to Ronda). There are a number of good restaurants nearby. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent. Everything - I cannot reccomend this hotel enough. It is set just 5 minsfrom marbella and 10mins from puerto banus by car. It is on top of thehills with amazing veiws of the sea. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the personal touch goes a long way. The hotel was wonderful, very relaxing and comfortable, beautifully decorated, a real home from home. This was the best trip away in many years. Bravo!!!! Would definitely return.

car is a must as although it is only a short drive from Marbella it is
all uphill (read 1st gear all the way to the top!!). The staff were
