Nice place with all that we need during our Travel!! Realy clean, with air conditioning, situated near Placa de Catalonya, which is the centre of the city. Only few rooms are there, so there is no problem with bathroom. Friendly and helpfull host, with a good advices and words for everyone. I'd like to come back this place asap! -

Would definetely recommend this place! And we loved Ordessa (the place for breakfast and actually any other meal during the day)!

Apartments highly recommended. We got a very warm welcome on arrival from the owner, who gave as area maps, marked important things like supermarkets, pharmacy, metro, shops, places to visit e.t.c.
Staff is always willing to help.
We were allowed to check-in 1,5 hours before stated time (just let them know what time you expect to arrive).

Apartment was spacious and well presented and facilities were good. Staff were pleasant and attentive and spoke very good English. Staff are available in office below during working day and can be contacted out of hours. They were able to offer good advice on enjoying the tourist experience including a simple way to obtain advance tickets to the main tourist attractions (for which I would definitely recommend advance booking unless you like standing in queues). Stayed for eight nights. Fantastic apartment with full kitchen in a great neighborhood.Two bedrooms, two baths, and a terrace for my wife and me and out adult daughter for the price of a hotel room. down to a coffee making machine, dish washer, iron and ironing board,
hair dryer and fantastic furniture. Spotless on arrival and in a great
location. Being just away from the main centre, it is lovely and quiet

I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds
were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for
the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. Lovely
touches were the free bottle of wine and water, it's the little
things.... Reception was always friendly and efficient and helpful.

2. Being located in residential Barcelona was good so could sample how the locals lived
3. Having 2 showers was really useful
4. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels!
5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected.
6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!

appointed with everything one needs to enjoy a self-catered holiday in Barcelona.
