We were in a room for 5 people with a shared bathroom. Everything went very well. Pretty clean room. It was quite cold in the city and had heater in the room. There was a mini-fridge that neither we came to use and a system for listening to ipod. Even the fact that the bathroom is shared not constitute any inconvenience. And for another 5 euros /

Very friendly staff who's done his best to help and provide with all useful information you may need.
Even though the facilities far from luxurious it doesn't make any discomfort either. Besides, what did you expect for this money?

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was spacious and very clean. Nice views over the rooftops to the skyline spires. Kitchen could be better equipped - there's a stove top but no microwave or oven for heating food. Bed are comfortable and the wifi is very good. Staff are helpful and pleasant. The staff were exceedingly helpful with helping us find parking and our way around the city - with lots of personal recomendations thrown in!
We had the 2 bed apartment and it was perfect for a group of friends with a very reasonable price.
I also took my Border Collie and again the staff were very helpful with finding local parks etc.

Hotel is in a beautiful setting and our room had views over the plaza. The hotel was comfortable and scrupulously clean; staff were generally helpful . We decided to stay for a further night and this was quickly and easily arranged. The hotel was good value for money. -

The location could not have been better; it was a few minutes' walk from the Plaza Mayor, right next to Calle Toro (one of the main shopping streets), and in the center of everything. The staff was very helpful, and the room was very clean and a great value for the price. The 24-hour reception was very convenient, and overall, it was a perfect place for what I wanted to pay and where I wanted to be.

Location, location, location!! :-) Next to the Plaza Mayor (but not so
easy to find!, Bring a map of the area). Staff is really helpful,
available 24/7. We had a quiet room in the backyard. I think this is
better during weekends, since the front part has lots of bars and can be
noisy. There are some 20 steps to get to the lobby, then lift to rooms

Rooms is what you expect from a clean nice hostel. -
The staff was really excellent in helping us settle in, find the parking and navigate around the main tourist sights. One of the most helpful people we have met. The rooms was very well furnished and had so much character we wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it! Our own balcony looking out to the church! The location is excellent and I would certainly recommend staying here to friends.

Arrival on motorcycles was interesting with no close parking. However we were directed to a secure garage which was not too far to walk to (15-20 minutes). The Hotel is in a great location near restaurants, shops and historical sites. Everything you need is close by. The staff were warm and lovely and the rooms were comfortable. The WiFi didn't work in our room though so we had to sit in the main lounge when using the internet.
