  The staff were very helpful and polite. It felt very safe that staff were on hand 24 hrs, and the hotel was clean and within easy reach of the city centre, and nearby metro stations. The bathroom facilities were modern and nice, and shower was amazing! We arrived early (1pm) and were able to check straight in and use our room (not meant to be avai... o que as pessoas dizem » lable until 3pm) which was very helpful and kind of the hotel. - Staff were always helpful and friendly and were good at "remembering the guests faces". The lady serving breakfasts was so pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Her reputation on trip-adviser is well justified - she is a real credit to the hotel.The cleaning staff were accommodating when it came to access for room tidying etc.Good location close to Monumental underground station and local cafes etc.

  The rooms are all individually designed and very unique. We stayed in the Ibiza room and the bed was very comfortable. The owner Fleur was the extremely friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Upon arrival and each morning we were also given homemade cakes which were amaxing and a lovely touch! The location is close - Salsas and Co is a fantastic Bed and Breakfast. The rooms are clean, stylish and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and Fleur could not be more helpful or welcoming. I really can’t fault the place, it represents exceptional value for money. It is well situated for easy access to the Bus, Tram, Tourist Bus and Metro systems and is within walking distance of the centre. I would not hesitate to stay here again (in fact we plan to return soon) and I will be recommending to friends.

  We can recommend this hostel as a really nice place for young people. The price is really atractive, we haven't found anything cheaper in the city centre. Also the location is perfect, near to the metro station. The owner is very nice and helpfull, although she doesnt know english but it never was a problem to understand each other. Great value for money. There is a small kitchen and a living room with TV. I didn't use those facilities but they looked good. The wifi connection is terrible.

  Loved the privacy of our own place. Restaurant options for QUALITY food was much better in this neighborhood than the tourist areas.
