  Excellent location in a characterfull hotel. Couldn't believe it was so peaceful in the centre of the city..a little haven. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.They offered advice on trips, eating out, travel arrangements etc.Would definitely recommend and stay again - The huge spa bath!

Great beach resort on the coast.   We were told when we arrived that our room had been upgraded to a suite - as you can see, off to a good start. The room was very posh and modern, everything in the room was functioning and clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great.   Central location at the heart of the city and yet no traffic noise. Room was comfortable - well worth paying for the sitting room. Best choice of TV channels I've had in the Balearics. The courtyard was lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - staff were discreet but friendly when needed. - The hotel is set within an historic palace that oozes character. It also has a lovely central courtyard where guests can take breakfast. One of its big pluses is its location - in a quiet pedestrianised street within a short walk of all of Palma's principal sights - including the cathedral - its main shopping area and the historic quarter which is home to many restaurants/bars. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

  When we arrived at this lovely, bright, airy hotel, the lady on reception tookmcharge of our luggage and asked dor our passports ro photocopy etc. she suggested we might like a glass of complimentary cava or wine in the hotel's adjacent bar / small restaurant whist she conducted the formalities of the check in - nice touch to the welcome. We were ... o que as pessoas dizem » travelling with our daugther to celebrate her 25th birthday, and I think I mentioned this when asking for 2 rooms close or next to each other, forgett - I would call the decor "modern chic", it is new, clean, and tasteful. The rooms are large, the windows double glazed and shuttered as well, so it is eerily quiet at night and very dark in the morning if you leave the shutters on. We had the continental breakfast, very reasonable at 6 euros, upstairs on the terrace with full view over the bay. Some say the location is outside the old city, well it may be, but the walk is only 10 minutes and is a very pleasant walk as well.
