Inadequate light as you entered the room, hard to see into the safe deposit b0x. All small practical details, but would recommend they be put right.   The location was perfect for walking and sightseeing around the old ciy. We loved the decor and the charm of an old, traditional, Sevillan house. The service was both warm, friendly and efficient. We have absolutely no complaints. Would love to return again soon to this darling hotel.   The hotel is beautiful and very much a private oasis despite being just two blocks from the cathedral and Real Alcazar. My room on the first floor (#3) had a private, shaded, large terrace with lovely plantings, a table, and chairs. WiFi worked well in my room. I was never there at the right time to enjoy it but they serve an afternoon tea each d... o que as pessoas dizem » ay in the same central atrium where also is offered a tasty, fresh breakfast (or I might have had either on my terrace). The reception staff, especial - Highly impressed with the hotel and the exceptional service of each and every staff, specially Marta. The staff were friendly and very helpful, they had everything at the tip of their fingers and guided us in the best possible way in terms of tours and other things. We stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed every bit. We would love to return to Casa Seville if we go back to Seville. Thanks Marta and team for looking after us and making us feel at home.

The rest of the staff non-existent - Perfect location, design of the hotel. Parking: This is not a downside of the hotel, but be prepared that it is indeed as difficult as described by others! The hotel can be found easily with a gps, but the streets are extremely (!) narrow, and it is very likely that you need to back out about 300 m unless driving a really small car. There is absolutely no parking in front of the hotel or in a street nearby, making the hotel a quiet and peaceful place in the ancient city.

He was absolutely great. - Pool area was excellant. Rooms were kept very clean! Housekeeping staff were excellant. Meals were slightly expensive but worth it much higher quality than the rest of seville where food standards were very poor! Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It was amazing and I loved waking up in it every morning! Bed was really comfortable. Sheets felt like silk!
