Staff were lovely always very helpful. Hotel is a in walk from the llacuna metro stop and it's about 10mins into las ramblas! The area itself is lovely right on la rambla poblenou which is full of bars and restaurants and leads down to the sea front from there it's a stroll to the Olympic port which has more bar clubs and restaurants we loved our stay and the location. Great hotel and location in the heart of Barcelona old town (Barri Gotic), very clean and comfortable (rooms cleaned every day, spotless!), in fact cleaner than a lot of the 3 star hotels I've stayed in. The location of the pension couldnt be more perfect. In 10-15 min walk, you'r at the beach and in 2 min, u're at La Rambla Street. The pension is located in a small alley so it is very quiet. We stayed twice in a room with private bathroom and will be coming back for sure. The hotel is extremely nice: the design is simple, but very nice, in white and blue tones, the bed was extremely comfortable, rooms had a small balcony, the bathroom was clean and neat, the reception was friendly and helpful. It is 2 min walk from Las Ramblas and Columbus. All in all, you get much more than you are paying for. 10 out of 10.
