  The vibe of the place was really good when I was there; people were very friendly and it was easy for someone travelling alone (like me) to make friends. The staff were very approachable, and while it's not near the centre of Barcelona by any stretch of the imagination, it's near a metro station, supermarkets, a bunch of restaurants and also Parc ... o que as pessoas dizem » Güell, which was a really nice spot (one of my faves in Barcelona). - Very kind staff, cheap hostel with enough comfort and plenty of equipment, close to Parc Güell and Sagrada Familia.

  Position of location: very good, 5 minutes by walk to Metro station Tibidabo, were you come from, or can go directly to plaza Catalunia Line l7. Also both city tour bus companies, "blue line" stops at Tibidabo. Quiet area at hotel, no trafic in street of the hotel. Right next door is a small supermarket, were you can buy everything you need also f... o que as pessoas dizem » resh bread, open every from 9 am till 9:30pm. Restaurants: choice not so big, but one spanish "Molina" and one italien "Pietro" restaurant are close 1 - We (family of 4) stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and rooms are big which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is nearer to transport links and there are lot of shops around. It only takes 5-10 mins to reach city centre by train and taxi costs only 10 euros from city centre. The staff are also friendly especially Pamblo and Tony. Rooms are cleaned daily and would love to stay again.
