New, very clean, well and tastefully furnished apartment. Absolutely loving every moment I was staying in the apartment. Close to the famous Sagrada Familia (1 metro stop, although also accessible by walking), definitely worth the money.

Lovely and warm welcoming of the lady (I am sorry I didn't ask her name) from the Happy People headquarters. She spent more than 30 minutes making sure we gonna enjoy to the fullest our stay in Barcelona...she is very knowledgable and it was a pleasure listening to her. The staff at Acta Ink 606 were so friendly from the moment I walked
through the door. I knew from this moment it was a good choice of hotel!
The rooms are exceptionaly clean and very modern with a contemporary

We loved this hotel! Fair price, spacious and soundproof room, good
beds. At arrival we received a city and tube map, brilliant. We did not
use the tube, walking in the city was great and it was not to far to the
city centre. On the weekend (till 7am sharp! On monday) you can even
park on the street, which is great. In the week it is better to take the
parking from the hotel (ca 18eur/day) We will come back!

Location; approx 100 paces from the apartment block door to the main Metro entrance and only 40 paces to the Metro lift. Then only 10 minutes or so to La Ramblas. Excellent!

Very spacious and clean apartment and super close to a metro station. Susan was very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggages in the apartment after check-out time.
Make sure you check your emails a couple of days before your check-in date, coz they will send you an email giving you the code to enter the building and the instruction of how to get the keys.
