  The staff was amazing! Always there to help you with tips to discover the amazing city. We booked a romm with shared bathroom, the bathroom was out of the room and the bathroom was basic but pretty clean. Sleep in a typical house of Córdoba with the "Patio". Close to everywhere but pretty quiet. - The owner was great, very friendly and helpful. W... o que as pessoas dizem » e were not expecting to have a whole apartment (two bedrooms with kitchen) for the price we paid. It was a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect. It was calm yet right next to the historic center. We would definitely return.

Maybe the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. Spotless, ideally located to dining and shopping. Had heat/AC in my room, which was nice since it was chilly out. It was a wonderful switch. This hotel was clean, centrally located, and the staff was very friendly. It´s less than a five minute walk away from the Alcazar and the Mezquita.

  The pensione is central, quiet, clean and comfortable. The air con was a pleasant respite from 39 degree temp outside for a mid afternoon siesta. The hosts were friendly and pleasant although we were new to Spain and they had little English we didn't converse much. Entry was by ringing the doorbell which was good for security but made us feel awkw... o que as pessoas dizem » ard when we thought they might be resting. - We stayed 1 night in Pension el Portillo and the room was perfect for that time. It is a rather small family-run business in a very good location (around 5 mins walk from La Mosquita and Alcazar), clean and comfortable, with a lovely owner. I would not choose it for longer stay (3-4 days) but it was perfect for 1 night.
