  we found the hotel to be a very nice surprise with a real homey feel to it. The staff was excellent, and it was apparent that they were genuinly concerned with our stay. We arrived very late and the waiter from the restaurant went across the street to check us in and then later served us dinner. He was incredidibly nice.
