The staff was amazing. Nothing was too much. I had to check in and out 3x due to an issue with a rental car. Each time it was fast and efficient. The staff smiles and are helpful. The room I stayed in was a great size with a bathtub, I'm from the south and we love out bathtubs.The restaurant food, amazing. The restaurant is in the old chapel.

attractive; staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English well
(which was helpful for us); bed was comfortable; room was quiet (both
inside and outside the hotel); location was convenient for visiting Old
Pamplona (within the city walls, but just on the edge of the old
section, which allows them to offer parking)
