Please note that check in and collection of the keys must be done at Resort Choice Management Mar Menor office located at: Avenida Mar Menor Edificio Geranio, bajo 14 30384 Mar de Cristal Cartagena, Murcia. Keys will be available from 16:00 h. If you arrive outside opening hours, please collect keys from the safe box using the last 4 digits of your booking confirmation number. A valid credit card and photo I.D. are required at check-in. If you are collecting keys outside of office hours, to comply with Spanish law, you must present your photo I.D. and credit card at the office on the next working day. In order to guarantee the reservation, the hotel will charge a deposit to the credit card provided during the booking process. This will be fully refunded once the condition of the apartment has been approved. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Avda Mar Menor, Edif. Geranio bajo 14, 30384 Mar de Cristal . Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Parque Marino in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Resort Choice will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
