We had a problem with the bathroom (room 104): the shower was poring water outside the cabin (which didn't have a door), to the extent that water fludded the room! We were told that there are renovation taking place to overcome the problem. I wish they had an arrangement with a nearby parking as it is very costly to park a car in that area

Hotel Dalia Ramblas is well situated close to the ramblas, port, old city and train station. Clean, modern and comfortable.

As many other reviewers wrote some hotel rooms are really problematic because of the smell coming from the bath. We asked each day for fixing and I think they did their best but result was same. If you are staying at 4th floor be ready for WiFi problems also. If you travel alone, street seems a bit unsafe after 2 a.m. We were a group and did not have any problems
Rooms were very clean and nice, bathroom was spacious and water pressure was excellent, location was perfect few steps away from metro station. Staff were very helpful.
The staff was really helpful on which side of town to go for night life & avoid. So close to busy Las Ramblas but not right on the street. My husband and I wanted privacy (we walked in to a few hostels and they looked so dirty) this place was clean modern, couldnt be happier.
Location near Ramblas, Metro Liceu and Placa Catalunya. Very quiet, clean rooms.

Noisy from 7:30am every morning, think the maid was in the next room to us banging the door in and out up until 10:30am. Also not much natural outside light coming into the room. Would stay in a hotel with a decent view/balcony next time. Everything else couldn't fault.

had seen previous comments about the shower flooding the bathroom, which was true but was just a minor irritation
Staff were fantastic and very friendly. The hotel is in a perfect location and it is a great value for money. It is very clean and comfortable. Even though we had probably the smallest room it was still very comfortable and anyway we were there not to spend time in a room but to see Barcelona. I would recommend this hotel to everybody and if we are in Barcelona again we will definitely stay there again.
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, the most we like location steps from metro 5 min to seaside and 10 seconds away from la rambla street perfect. Clean very modern. Has balcony just good value for the money.

Firstly : was put into a room the size of a bathroom which smelt like smoke. I think for that price not good. I then complained and he put me onto a bigger room which was really good however 2 single beds put together was hard for me and my partner to sleep in..

Very friendly staff, helpful in any way! The location is superb - right next to the most popular street La Rambla, but yet our street was quiet and didn´t hear any street noise at all. Nice, small hotel, seemed to be quite new, clean - will definitely go to this hotel again, when I´ll come back to Barcelona!
If you want to have a breakfast, then you can not have it in the hotel. But for us it wasn´t a problem, because there was lots and lots of breakfast places on La Rambla, next to our hotel!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, their English was good and that made life easier for us. The hotel was very clean and in a terrific location. It was nice to have the coffee and croissant option.
As Canadians we would have appreciated a queen bed or the twins made up to accommodate two people.

great situated in the centre,nice staff,nice design of hotel,everything new,24H reception,free wifi,cleaning every day,lift,hairdryer,tv....very good coffee and tee in the lounch in hotel for free...very good price for 3 nights!!!!!!!!If I will go to Barcelona again i would stay in this hotel ...:)

Loved the design & location of the hotel. Also, how obliging, friendly and helpful the staff.
I didn't like the lack of facilities - would have liked to be able to have breakfast there or some sort of deal for hotel guests at a local cafe. Also, I needed an iron but the hotel didn't have one.

Very nice people what work there. Very good location: 5 minute walk to Catalunia Plaza and 10 minute walk to Columbus monument. Metro station very close.
The room had a smell what was coming from the bathroom. No refrigerator in the room.
Hotel's location is extremely central. The nearest metro station (Liceu-Line 3) is very close, it is a few minutes walk away and also Liceu metro station is on one of the most central metro line.
The shower cabin is half, therefore when you take a shower, all the floors in bathroom get wet. Besides the cleanliness is not enough, especially the room floors are dusty.

Clean, tidy and modern. Not a room you'd want to spend lots of time in but all round ok!
Thin walls between rooms so can be quite noisy if you have inconsiderate neighbours and can even hear their toilets flushing in the night. Some very nasty drain smells in the bathroom which the sliding door couldn't quite keep in!

The shower could not be used without inundating half of the bathroom. Wash basin tiny with stiff tap. Not particularly freindly young man at the reception.
The room smelled bad. And during the night the smell became worst. I realized it was coming from the toilet and shower pipes. Really unpleasant.
Internet it is terrible and toilet decoration is very bad in the room
