4 fllor apartment with vary narrow stairs.
If you don't mind to be met by the huge cockroach in you living room when you come home - take this apartment. There was many comments about the stairs - all true. Nice balcony from the picture one could imagine having breckfast on, in our case (3rd flour) was whole taken by the air conditioner outside part. In general, apartment looks way better on the pictures, feels really overpriced when you see reality.
On a small quite dirty street. Everything looked better in the pictures. We have never seen so big and many cockroaches and there were no lift and the stairs were very narrow, dirty and we saw cockroaches in the stairway too.
