  We loved the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve and Phyl. The staff were great and the breakfasts were fantastic. The whole place was spotless clean and the room we stayed in was quite luxurious. We were given excellent local information and tips on the area and site seeing attractions by Steve and Phyl who were extremely knowledgeable of - Outstanding hospitality from Steve and Phil. The Guest House is spotless and fresh,decor is modern and tasteful. The room extremely comfortable, airy and has a magnificent view. We couldn't have asked for more. The breakfasts were more then ample. Served to perfection and the presentation first class. Better then the master chef kitchen.

  Barry & Jackie were excellent hosts and really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was fantastic and we will gladly recommend them for accommodation in Langebaan. - Very friendly and religious owners that provided us with a warm welcome. We had delicious dinner at Froggy's and would definitely recommend eating there.

  A woman traveling alone, I am so fortunate that I found this guest house on line. My room was fabulous- clean, comfortable, had plenty of hot water, and a balcony with a fabulous view of the Grobbelaars River and the suspension bridge. It is located on a quiet street, a five minute walk to downtown Oudtshoorn, and has secure off street parking. Happy hour each evening is a nice touch adding opportunities t - All I can say is that this is an excellent choice for who is visiting Oudtshoorn. The rooms are very clean, wide, with very comfortable beds. The breakfast is delicious with all types of options for different tastes. The couple that runs the hotel is extremely nice, we've had a very nice chat during which they gave us many hints for our trip throughout the garden route. Loved this place, too bad we could stay just one day!!!

  Everything. Being in the travel industry, I have been to many guest houses, and this one by far is my favourite. Very clean, very comfy, but mostly, very friendly.   We loved the view from the honeymoon suite with the mountains and the sea in sight. The jacuzzi bath was fantastic as was the two person shower. Breakfast and dinner were great, with many options to choose from at breakfast and a 4 course dinner on offer. The food was simply fantastic and it was an unforgettable visit. Howard, our waiter, was particularly charming and helpful. He even changed our flat tyre!

  We had a fantastic time staying here - we had the end chalet which was v. comfortable and quiet. We were looked after like a member of the family - delicious meals in the evenings looking out over the bush - and were spoilt with the view of a Rhino on our first evening who had come down to feed. I just wished we'd been able to stay for longer. Anyone enjoying birdl - Wonderful location, beautiful chalets and staffed by warm, lovely people who obviously care about what they do. I'd recommend Nyaru to anyone. I've been to a few game parks, and this was is by far my favourite. You won't see lions, but you will experience the best of South African hospitality. Thank you for a lovely time!
